Clark Kay is a general contractor with over 35 years in the construction industry, including the construction of high performance environmentally conscious buildings. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, NAHB Certified Green Professional, and IGSHPA Accredited. Clark likes spending time with his family, boating, fishing, water skiing, back packing and traveling.

Steve Decker has a BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University with over 25 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. He is a NAHB Certified Green Professional, and an IGSHPA accredited installer in ground source heating and cooling. He has extensive experience in estimating, scheduling, project management and design-build projects. Steve enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and wood working if he has free time.

Owner/Systems Designer
Keith Johnson is a licensed Master Electrician, Journeyman HVAC Contactor, and is IGSHPA Accredited in ground source heating and cooling with over 30 years experience in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. When Keith is not working, he enjoys camping, archery, hiking and spending time with his wife and children.

Marketing
Janet Johnson was the general contractor for her large mountain house. With her dad’s council, Janet installed the electrical, finish plumbing and radiant floor heating, and coordinated all of the trades. She is a true “learn how, then do-it-yourself” type of person. She applies this approach to internet marketing as well. Janet also enjoys gardening, hiking, kayaking, and soaking in geothermal hot pools.

SueAnne Pace has over 20 years of experience in management, estimating and assisting clients in making the best decision for their wants, needs and budget. She enjoys giving helpful, comprehensive instruction. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and being outdoors.

Accounting
Diane Adams has been working with numbers all of her adult life. She has been the book keeper/accountant for a general contractor for the last 17 years. Diane enjoys riding ATV’s with her family and participating in sports, when she’s not watching her children participate in sports.
